Onsite registration will be available from Monday the 29th of August at the conference registration desk in the Arts Block - see instructions for getting there here.
We are also taking registrations for the Eurographics Workshops on:
Natural Phenomena and
Sketch-Based Interfaces and Modeling.
You can also register on-site for these workshops at the EG conference desk.
Press and social registrants should also come to the reg. desk.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION CATEGORIES
- Conference registration includes access to all social events, papers, printed material, DVD Rom, etc., but not tutorials.
- Tutorials registration includes access only to the tutorials + printed tutorial material, and the Tuesday welcome reception.
- Big Buddy registrations include one full Conference + Tutorials registration and two Student registrations.
NOTE: To avail of the Big Buddy option as an EG member, all three delegates must be Eurographics members. To become a member, Click Here.
- Student registrations are entitled to attend the conference, all tutorials and all social events.
- Workshop registrations for the EG workshops on Natural Phenomena and
Sketch-Based Interfaces and Modeling can be booked at the same time as the conference booking, or separately.

SPECIAL REGISTRATION CATEGORIES AND OPTIONS
- Exhibitor registration includes an exhibition area in the main
concourse (3Mx2M or 3Mx1M:
click here to see the layout of the upper concourse) + one table
+ TWO access only passes to all events EXCEPT the social events and does not include
conference materials - these must be purchased separately if required. Setup will be on Monday the 29th and all displays must
be removed by 12 noon on Friday the 2nd at the latest.
- Sponsor registration varies according to contribution:
- > €1000 contribution: One Exhibitor registration (see above)
+ sponsorship benefits/branding
- > €2000 contribution: One Full Conference+Tutorial registration (see above)
+ exhibition space + sponsorship benefits/branding
- > €5000 contribution: Two Full Conference+Tutorial registrations (see above)
+ exhibition space + sponsorship benefits/branding
- Press registration includes a free access only pass to all events
to all events EXCEPT the social events and does not include
conference materials - these must be purchased separately if required. Press
must be accredited and must send proof of their status as such.
- Free registration, where provided, includes one full Conference + Tutorials
registration, with all social events and materials. This is provided only to the following people: Keynote
speakers, one author per STAR or half-day tutorial, two authors per full-day tutorial, student volunteers,
invited members of Irish SMEs (sponsored by SFI).
- Social registration includes the social events (Welcome Reception,
the Posters reception and the Irish Night)
and access to the main conference concourses where the exhibition and posters
will be, but no access to other events or materials.
- Conference materials pack includes an extra copy of all conference material
that delegates receive, including proceedings, conference bag etc..
and access to the main conference concourses where the exhibition and posters
will be, but no access to other events or materials.
