Welcome to the home page for Graphics and Perception.

NEW: APGV 05: Second Symposium on Applied Perception in Graphics and Visualization.
Sponsored by ACM SIGGRAPH. Co-located with the European Conference of Visual Perception (ECVP). 26th-28th August 2005, A Coruņa, Spain. Further details here.

During the recent ACM SIGGRAPH/Eurographics Campfire on Perceptually-Adaptive Graphics, and a subsequent Birds of a Feather meeting on Graphics and Perception at SIGGRAPH 2001, it was decided to develop a set of web pages that will serve as a resource for the growing number of researchers interested in the synergy between computer graphics and visualisation, visual perception, eye-movement analysis, and other related fields.

It is planned that this site will provide a central repository for information about people, papers, books, technical reports, conferences and journals, all related to the theme of Graphics and Perception. Content will be added over the coming months, so do check back often. Suggestions for additions to these pages will be gratefully received, so please send us your suggestions by email.

Mailing List

An associated mailing list: gap@cs.tcd.ie has also been set up to provide a forum for researchers to share news and information. This list is restricted to members only. If you wish to be added, please send an email to the list owner, explaining your interest in this area.
