Welcome to the homepage of the ISG Virtual Dublin pages. The goal of this project is to create an immersive virtual urban environment which is capable of running in real-time on domestic hardware. Further work will involve using the urban simulation to model traffic conjestion and crowd motion and to integrate with handheld devices for guiding purposes.

At the bottom of this page are some samples from the TCD section of the virtual city. The following selection of OBJ Models of various buildings of the Trinity College Dublin Campus are made available for educational purposes only. These models may be viewed in most 3D applications or may be incorporated into your own applications so long as the ISG is credited and the models (or parts thereof) are not distributed beyond TCD.
These samples form part of a larger collection of models utilised in the Virtual Dublin Project.
