This research deals with the problem of recovering three-dimensional information from single pictures to create
an interactive representation that enhances the perception of spatial relationships.
An example of such a representation can be found below:
If there is no picture above, you need to download flash 10 (there should be a link).
If you don't see a red dot in the middle of the picture when you move the mouse cursor over it, click on it once to get flash started.
When you are set, move the mouse cursor over the red dot then use the mouse to pan.
In-context architectural drafting
We are currently collaborating with Julie Dorsey in Yale University to build upon her Mental Canvas work to provide
a tool for architects to create design drafts in context.
